UniBank, Worcester, MA

This complete new bank building involved pile foundations and challenging site conditions. Completed in 2012.

Benfield Farms, Carlisle, MA

Contractor: Dellbrook Construction
Owner: Neighborhood of Affordable Housing

This multi unit affordable housing project in Carlisle, MA included a septic system, a microFAST digester system, 40K Gal fire cistern, multiple wells and wetland replication. Completed in 2013.

UMass Lowell Dormitory, Lowell, MA

Contractor: Performance Builders
Owner: University of Massachusetts

This 5 story dormitory was built on the site of an old factory building. Robell re-developed the site, excavated for the new building, installed new utilities and drainage and paved the 10 acre site. Completed in 2012.

CVS Pharmacy, Chelmsford, MA

Contractor: D.F. Pray General Contractors
Owner: CVS Corporation

This 4 acre site included phased demolition of an occupied building, 24” drainage piping and a fast track schedule. Robell Inc, handled the demolition, site work, curbing, paving, site concrete and site pavers portions of the job. Completed in 2012.

Whitney Building, Leominster, MA

Contractor: Dellbrook Construction Co.
Owner: Tri City Development Corportation

This rehab of an old mill building in downtown Leominster, MA involved massive retaining walls, reinforcing of the existing foundations, install of new foundations and utilities within the building as well as demolition and construction of 2 parking lots. Robell also provided the engineering and design for the retaining walls and site concrete. Completed in 2012.

Hampton Inn, Devons, MA

Contractor: Republic Building Co.
Owner: Ryan Development Inc.

This 120 room hotel was built on the site of the former Fort Devons complex in Devons, MA. Robell performed all of the sitework for this job. Completed in 2007.
